You practice law. DuraLex runs the practice.
One system for the whole firm, in every area of law. DuraLex reads every notice and document, records each fact with its page and hands the work to the right person, for the attorney to approve.
Where legal work gets done.
A case from first call to paid invoice, played with sample data on the phone your team already carries. Tap a tab to jump in.
A new client, in their own language.
An inquiry comes in and the AI interview runs in the client's language (shown here in English). The conflict check matches every spelling of the name, and nothing opens until the attorney accepts. WhatsApp and texting are coming.
On your own letterhead, engaged the same day.
DuraLex drafts the engagement letter and fee agreement on your firm's real letterhead, never a generic template. Shown here on the founding firm's letterhead. The client reads it side by side in their language, the attorney approves, and the client signs on the phone.
A court notice becomes a task.
The notice is matched to its matter. Pick the staff member and the reviewing attorney, and DuraLex sets the deadline and the follow-up.
Court dates, on everyone's calendar.
A hearing notice is read, the hearing and the evidence deadline are set under the court's rules for the attorney to confirm, and both sync to Google Calendar for the attorney and the paralegal. Court email reading is next; court system, EOIR and USCIS connections are planned.
Letters and briefs, independently checked.
Letters of representation, motions and briefs are drafted from the file. Every citation and quotation is checked by independent third-party verification providers before the attorney reviews it. AI supports the attorney's legal knowledge; it never substitutes for it.
Invoiced, paid, matched.
The invoice goes out by email. When the client pays by Zelle, the payment is matched to the client's account and the balance updates. Automatic payment matching is a coming feature.

What your clients see, in their own language.
Two sample cases in five languages. Open the case file and read the court papers, the receipts and the green card details, then see the dates, the documents to sign and the balance. This is a preview: buttons show what they do, and nothing is booked, signed, paid, sent or downloaded. Everything here is made up.
Sample clients, case numbers, dates and amounts are made up. Court and agency connections and the AI file check shown here are planned; the attorney confirms every date. Translations are shown for illustration.
Every fact checked. Every date on one timeline.
Errors are caught before a document reaches the attorney, and every deadline has an owner until it is done. Items marked planned are on the roadmap; paid or approval-based sources are added only after an agreement is signed.
What gets checked
Case treatment, each citation against the court record, and every quotation word for word, by independent third-party verification providers.
Diagnosis codes against the current ICD-10-CM set from the CDC and CMS, providers against the NPPES NPI Registry, medications against RxNorm and FDA labels, studies against PubMed.
Statutes against the U.S. Code on GovInfo, regulations against the current eCFR and the Federal Register, and bills against Congress.gov, word for word.
When built, every flag will be assigned, tracked with reminders and kept until an attorney resolves it, with a record of what was checked, by whom and when.
Keeping every timeline
- Dates read from every documentIn build
Each date is recorded with its page and placed on one matter timeline.
- Conflicts flaggedPlanned
An entry date that differs between the I-94 and the asylum application, treatment recorded before the accident, or a hearing date that does not match the court notice.
- Deadlines from the rulesPlanned
Court-rules deadlines through a licensed rules engine, for the attorney to confirm.
- Agency and court statusPlanned
USCIS case status only through an official USCIS interface, with any required authorization; federal dockets on the firm's own PACER account.
- Owners and remindersIn build
Each deadline goes to a team member and a reviewing attorney, with reminders before it is due; overdue work stays flagged.
The four things a practice runs on.
Every citation and quotation is checked by independent third-party providers, and every fact shows the page it came from. Nothing is filed or sent until the attorney approves it.
Invoices go to the client from the matter. When a payment comes in, it is applied to the right client account and the balance updates. Automatic payment matching is a coming feature.
Each matter and task has a named staff member, a reviewing attorney, a due date and a follow-up. The attorney sees who has what, and what is late.
Court notices become hearings and deadlines on the right matter, on the right person's calendar. Deadlines are suggested under the rules and confirmed by the attorney.

What firms ask first.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. AI supports your legal knowledge; it never substitutes for it. Every fact shows its source and page, and nothing enters the record or goes to a client until an attorney approves it.
Where are my firm's files kept?
In your firm's own cloud storage. DuraLex organizes and reads the files where they are.
Is DuraLex quantum-safe?
Post-quantum protection is a coming feature. When enabled, connections to DuraLex will use hybrid post-quantum encryption following the NIST standards published in August 2024.
Can we text clients from our own number?
That is a coming feature, through business phone systems such as RingCentral, Quo, Dialpad and Zoom Phone, or Twilio for a number you already have. Texting is for client communication only.
Can we move over from our current system?
Yes. Early-access firms have their data moved over at no charge.
Built inside a working law firm, for firms of every size and practice.
We are inviting a small group of firms to join as design partners, with founding-firm pricing in exchange for feedback.
For investors. DuraLex runs today inside a working law firm, and we welcome conversations with investors who want to help bring it to firms across the country. This is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security.
