Questions

What firms ask first.

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

No. AI supports your legal knowledge; it never substitutes for it. Every fact shows its source and page, and nothing enters the record or goes to a client until an attorney approves it.

Where are my firm's files kept?

In your firm's own cloud storage. DuraLex organizes and reads the files where they are.

Can we move over from our current system?

Yes. Early-access firms have their data moved over at no charge.

Can clients use it in their own language?

The intake interview runs in the client's language today, and status updates by email go out in the client's language. The client portal is previewed in six languages: English, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Spanish, Portuguese and Greek. Texting and WhatsApp are coming.
